BCS, a not-for-profit Christian organisation, has been caring for the aged and people living with disadvantage and distress for 65 years. BCS AgeCare is one of the State's largest providers of residential and in-home aged care services and is widely recognised for its excellence in care and innovative approach. BCS AgeCare operates 25 residential centres, 24 community-based Care Centres and ten retirement villages.

Beyond the aged-care sector, BCS LifeCare serves the community, particularly the disadvantaged and distressed, through a range of relevant and creative care initiatives. These include accommodation and support for women and their children escaping domestic violence, counselling services, youth residential programs, community and drop-in centres, programs for people living with disabilities, and support for the homeless.
