The Construction Resource Group Pty Ltd (CRG) is a specialist boutique recruitment consultancy that focuses exclusively on placing entry level to senior level personnel with construction contractors. The company primarily services the industry in Queensland but also places candidates with national and international clients. The majority of jobs placed are long term permanent positions; however contract and project specific roles are also catered for.

CRG was founded in 2007 by Paul Massocchi, who as Managing Director is responsible for all day to day and long term business activities of the company. Paul has been involved in the Queensland recruitment industry since 1998, specialising in permanent construction industry placements for the last six years. His background includes senior management roles with Challenge Recruitment, Barclay Recruitment and D&M Recruitment. This extensive experience and specific local industry knowledge is a distinct advantage for clients and candidates alike as they seek to fulfil their objectives. Paul has access to and credibility with the vast majority of mid and first tier contractors in Queensland; his knowledge of their preferences and requirements enables him to determine what candidates would suit their business and open only the relevant doors. This also saves a lot of time, effort and stress.

CRG takes on a wide variety of recruitment assignments on behalf of clients, ranging form graduate or entry level placements through to Board level appointments. Some positions are harder to fill than others and this challenge is met by employing creative and varied methods of attracting and securing relevant and interested candidates. When a new assignment is accepted all factors are taken into account including detailed job specifications, other consultants involved, ideal timeframes, specific interview process, applicant referral process, candidate attraction strategies, candidate reporting and special preferences.
